Each day spot tests are carried out ensuring every batch of fish meets our rigorous standards.
Effective quality management is maintained by a routine programme of independent external audits by recognised Certification Bodies and customers, continued internal monitoring and auditing, and formal management review. Safety and hygiene are paramount in the preparation of our products with legislation strictly adhered to in all of our processing plants.
Once the fish come out of the sea and into the food chain, they are then part of our ‘chill’ chain. This is a constantly controlled temperature environment which eliminates all the natural variables which could impact on the condition of newly harvested fish. The salmon quality is guaranteed both clean and healthy.
