We're currently recruiting for a new Processing Team Leader/Trainee Supervisor at our Scalloway processing facility in Shetland.

About the role
A key part of the processing team, you will help coordinate and oversee the throughput of produce, whilst actively monitoring the achievement of all set standards including efficiency, customer specifications, quality, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.

About you
To thrive in the role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a good understanding of IT. Previous experience in a salmon processing plant would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given; however, supervisory experience would be of benefit.
