We’re now recruiting for the reopening of our Nevis B farm near Mallaig later this year.

Senior husbandry with fish health specialisation
Salary up to £30k + 1
:3 weekend payments (£4k per annum)
Applicants should be highly experienced with at least two years’ practical salmon farming experience with a specific interest in fish health. You should be able to demonstrate competence across a wide range of farming disciplines including fish health monitoring, stock appetite assessment, boat handling skills, feeding system and boat maintenance, whilst also being proactive in health and safety. The senior husbandry role is designed to encourage you to develop your expertise in the disciplines of your role, but also to identify your potential as a future trainee farm manager.

Experienced husbandry
Salary up to £24k + 1
:3 weekend payments (£4k per annum)
We're looking for candidates with a minimum of one year's practical salmon farming experience and a keen interest in building on that experience further. You should be able to demonstrate competence across a wide range of farming disciplines including fish health monitoring, stock appetite assessment, boat handling and maintenance whilst being proactive with regards to health and safety.

Experienced husbandry with feed specialisation
Salary up to £25k + 1
:3 weekend payments (£4k per annum)
Feed efficiency is our business; our chosen diets provide the raw materials, but our people create the circumstances for success. Our husbandry with feed specialisation role is responsible for the efficient feeding and growth of our salmon through superb decision-making meal after meal, day after day.

Trainee husbandry staff
Starting salary £18,771 + 1:3 weekend payments (£4k per annum)
We're also seeking candidates who are looking to take their first step in a career in salmon farming; ambitious individuals who are team players, understand the importance of health and safety, and who have high expectations for themselves and of their employer. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be given, however a current driving licence is essential.
